Notes:

Zoom H2 audience recorder wasn't turned on until 01:40 into the set so for that segment the
audio from a HJVC camcorder was used. The guitar and bass didn't come in on the soundboard
until about 40 seconds into song 1 also, so the sound improves greatly throughout the first
song then stays consistent throughout the show.
