Notes:

The last show of this tour and another excellent one.  The Observatory is quite a bit smaller than the Wiltern (970 vs 2300), and it was completely packed.  I was on the 2nd drink rail, pretty much in line with the left hanging stack, and the recording came out pretty good.  Overall, the crowd was younger than the night before, and there seemed to be a ton of college students from nearby Cal State Long Beach.  At one point during the show, right before and during the solo songs, I was literally surrounded on all sides by college girls discussing social events, Facebook, pretty much everything except actually listening to the band.  You can hear some low chatter off and on during this part, but these mics are really great at rejecting sound to the sides and the back, so it's not even close to as bad as it was at the show.
